At Movement & Motion

our mission is to reduce pain and increase strength and stability by remapping the body with Intelligent Exercise and Slings Myofascial Training. Our tension and release technique builds stronger collagen and elastin, enhances awareness, creates movement ease, and brings conscious movement to the body through dynamic stretching. We love on the body by creating a healthy, hydrated fascial system. We develop a program to unwind old patterns through gradual movement perseverance. We create a challenge zone for adaptability, getting us out of our comfort zone by using contrasting movements. Then, we have fun creating a play zone of movements that are not common in our daily lives, keeping us young at heart. Finally, we rebalance our comfort zone by calmly creating challenges, which helps us create sensation and adaptation. Finding balance and changes on the mat creates movement courage and adaptability in life.
